Serving over 40,000 people each and every year, we provide information to a further 200,000 individuals online, making us one of the most significant charities of our kind in the UK.
We help all LGBT people to achieve their full potential and aim to be here if you need us.Our Indigo Gender Service is an NHS commissioned Primary Care Service for trans and non-binary people in Greater Manchester.
It launched in December 2020 and continues to deliver safe, timely and affirmative health care to our service users as part of our mission to support trans and non-binary people to thrive.

As an Indigo Lead Counsellor, you will deliver and support the development of our Indigo Gender Service, which provides psychological advice and treatment to trans, non-binary and gender variant people who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
Leading the counselling team, you will accept referrals and ensure clients are directed to the most suitable treatment options.
Youll be responsible for caseload management and the preparation of individual sessions with clients.Implementing your knowledge of holistic care and counselling interventions, you will offer support to meet the distinct needs of each client and supervise and support the Junior Therapists in their clinical work.
