Serving over 40,000 people each and every year, we provide information to a further 200,000 individuals online, making us one of the most significant charities of our kind in the UK.
Our Indigo Gender Service is an NHS commissioned Primary Care Service for trans and non-binary people in Greater Manchester.
It launched in December 2020 and continues to deliver safe, timely and affirmative health care to our service users as part of our mission to support trans and non-binary people to thrive.
We're looking for an Indigo Counsellor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.The Benefits

The Role
As an Indigo Counsellor, you will provide psychological advice and treatment to trans, non-binary and gender variant people who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
Working closely with other members of the Indigo Gender Service, you will accept referrals and ensure clients are directed to the most suitable treatment options.
Implementing your knowledge of holistic care and counselling interventions, you will offer support and meet the distinct needs of each client.
