Description
to create, implement, and assess a comprehensive communication and alumni engagement strategy for graduates.

In order to enable events and activities to be in line with the overall engagement and communications plan, support the current alumni network.

to improve the School's online presence and communications with alumni, including creating specific pages for alumni and partner audiences that highlight the options accessible to alumni.

To ensure that the alumni relationship starts at induction and is nurtured going forward, collaborate with the student engagement and marketing team to create and implement a communication strategy for current students.

Participate in the formulation of the school's marketing plan with regard to alumni marketing (e.g., via materials for prospective students about the benefits of alumni status, use of alumni at student recruitment events, alumni dialogue with prospectivestudents, case studies)

Profile
Experience in membership, communications, or customer relationship management, or experience in alumni relations.

very good project management abilities.

Expertise organising and carrying out events and delivering messages within a larger strategy framework, as well as experience contributing to the creation of strategic plans.

Strong interpersonal communication abilities and extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Self-starter who is enthusiastic and proactive with the capacity and willingness to work flexibly both independently and in teams.
