Evolve is recruiting for an innovative leader in the Veterinary Diagnostics industry. Our client improves the livelihoods of their employees with a positive and respectful work culture that embraces challenges.

They are looking for a driven Territory Managerto join their team to promote their portfolio to key customers across the Eastern England territory (Darlington to Peterborough).

Ideal Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience within the veterinary/animal health industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Human healthcare, medical device and dental experience considered.
  • Three or more years of proven experience successfully managing your own sales territory.
  • Able to meet the requirements of a field sales role.
  • Comfortable with going into veterinary clinics and hospital environments.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communicating customer needs as well as competitive issues to both the company's marketing organisation and the business unit manager
  • Educate and train Veterinary Clinic staff about products, services, and marketing initiatives, including how to engage customer service.
  • Independently manage your territory and customer base to increase the recurring diagnostic revenue year over as well as attain quarterly Medical Device equipment sales.
  • Present the company's values to their customers in a professional manner, including an understanding of their industry, veterinary practice, customers, technology, operations, and processes.
  • Opportunity to attend trade shows and other educational events in region.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate and "cosell" with other sales professionals within the company, in the region to close the capital equipment and technology.
