£30-35,000

Fully Office based - Monday to Friday**
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for an Internal Recruiter to join their London team


This is an exciting role joining a rapidly growing and highly successful Executive Search Recruitment business, where you will develop and implement internal recruitment activity, responsible for recruiting the next generation of 360 Consultants for thisbusy Central London Office.

As a Graduate Internal Recruiter, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team to understand the recruitment strategy for the year ahead
  • Implementation of the above strategy, keeping the SLT updated throughout
  • Writing and posting job adverts, being creative with your writing to appeal to the reader
  • Creating effective attraction strategies
  • Completing offer and other correspondence associated with the recruitment process
  • Focusing on building your own personal brand and the company's brand through proactive social media communication on platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Attending Graduate Fairs to highlight the superb range of opportunities available and exploring possible sponsorship opportunities for the business

What we are looking for in an Internal Recruiter:

  • A proactive and diligent Graduate
  • Ideally some Recruitment exposure would be helpful, or you may have worked within Admissions, marketing etc. or possibly a different background and are now very keen to explore Internal Recruitment
  • You may work within agency recruitment currently and looking for a move into an Internal Recruitment role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills e.g. ability to present, be an ambassador for the business
  • Tenacious in approach, to maintain that consistent level of communication and follow up needed
  • Strong social media skills, knowledge of LinkedIn and proactive in suggesting other social media communication
  • Strength of character to work within a busy, sales focused company, communicating regularly and participating in management meetings as part of the National Internal Recruitment team
  • A real focus and understanding of your own personal development
