    Programme Manager - Fixed Term Contract

    We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Process Redesign (BPR) Programme Manager with strong management, communication, and analytical skills. This is a critical role within a complex, cross-functional programme to implement Microsoft D365 across our Global operation. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and will operate as a tenacious, front-line driver of the project, managing progress and budget, maintaining pace across all workstreams and identifying opportunities and solutions to mitigate risks and escalating as appropriate. To be successful, you will exude our values and will have a thorough understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks, as well as the ability to influence the project teams, key stakeholders and drive change within the organisation.

    This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyse current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive the implementation of redesigned processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

    Required skills & experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
    • Proven experience in leading and managing business process redesign or improvement initiatives, ideally within a large-scale organisation
    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
    • Change management expertise, with the ability to drive cultural change and manage resistance to change effectively.
    • People management
    • Personality, energy and enthusiasm to maintain the momentum and pace of the programme over long periods
    • Experience of using data and MI to provide insights and support decision making
    • Resilience and flexibility
    • D365 implementation experience (desirable)
    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and/or business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) (desirable)

    This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in the Kidlington office 2-3 days per week
