    People2people are seeking a talented, experienced and passionate Marketing Manager in Dorset

    As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing programs that support lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize marketing efforts.

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and project management, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
