Our client, a long standing specialist in the world of telecomms, have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager.

You will be someone who is passionate about technology and sales, however full training will be provided. You will be joining an ever-expandingsales team in a successful period of growth for the organisation.

Our client is based in Dorset, however has staff and customers situated across the globe.

Key duties will include:

Making outbound calls with a view to introducing the products/services, of which full training will be provided.
Provide full support to an allocated portfolio of clients ensuring commercial business opportunities are presented and acted upon.
Resolving customer account queries and issues in an effective and timely manner, ensuring a speedy outcome that meets the business and customer expectations.
Successfully meeting agreed sales targets with existing customer accounts.
