Fintelligent is seeking a keen Customer Service Advisor to join a financial services company in Altrincham. The role comes with a base salary of £22.5k and an excellent benefits package.


This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in accountancy, customer service, and finance working for an established company.

In your first few weeks in this Customer Service Advisor role, you can expect to:

  • Support new customers through the learning curve of an umbrella company
  • Resolve contractor relationships issues and complaints quickly, ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Deal with complex and numerical information and check/update accounts
  • Handle customer queries regarding pay and tax.
  • Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Assistant, Technical Advisor, Payroll Advisor, Accounts Clerk, case handler or similar experience
  • Experience working in a busy environment.


As a vital member of the team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, you will receive a salary of £22,500 and benefits including hybrid and flexi-time opportunities, and a funded AAT qualification (accountancy degree) whileworking.
