Are you a dedicated professional with experience in Property Administration looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting new opening for an ambitious Property Administrator to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh.
Your rate of pay and hours of work
This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of £26,666 per annum and operates from Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled from 9 am to 5 pm.

You will be joining one of Scotland's largest independent firms of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, with offices across Scotland including Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth.
They are market leaders in property consultancy and property management services, with a reputation built on trust, professionalism and integrity.
Your new job responsibilities
As the new Property Administrator, you will take on a varied role that encompasses many different responsibilities.
Some of your key duties will include arranging viewings, inspections and surveys of commercial properties, processing fee notes on the company's quest system, diary management for the agency and valuation surveyors, responding to and liaising with clients and members of the public, creating marketing particulars and outputting digital marketing, and carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks including filing, preparing reports and ordering office supplies.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Prior experience of working in a property or an estate agency environment is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of working with MS Office packages is essential, as is experience in transcribing and typing up dictated reports.
