PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
We are looking for someone to join the Finance team as a finance assistant to help provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to the other members of the team to maintain an efficient finance environment.
You will be flexible and reliable and able to work as part of a friendly team as well as on your own initiative.
You will report to the Finance Administrator and help support the Finance team with occasional support to the Operations team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Various accounting duties, including raising purchase orders.
- Process invoices
- Maintaining the Finance inbox
- Generate POs in NetSuite and send to suppliers
- PO maintenance
- Add and update NetSuite contacts
- NetSuite maintenance
- Expenses claims
- Deal with Supplier queries
- Purchase ledger file maintenance
- Assist with credit card reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- 3 GCSEs grade C or above (must include English and Maths)
- AAT Level 2 or relevant qualification
- Competent computer skills including MS Office and general computer operations
- Previous finance experience is essential
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a finance role
- Knowledge of NetSuite systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£19,627.89-£23,000.00 per year
