The Corporate team deals with the full spectrum of corporate matters to include M&As, disposals, corporate finance, private equity investments and cross-border transactions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to tap into their stellar client base, acting for a wide range of the region's listed companies, as well as a significant private equity client base.
As a part of this market-leading team, you will undertake mainly transactional work with a focus on M&A (public and private and both domestic and international) although the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved in matters relating to equity capital markets, private equity and reorganisations.
The firm offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week, a top-of-the-market salary, from around £75k upwards depending on experience.
