Energy Affordability Partnership

The Energy Affordability Partnership is an innovative project developed between Northern Powergrid and Citizens Advice offices across the north region. The project's objective is to provide practical support for people struggling to afford heating and other energy costs, through financial advice and energy efficiency measures.

The Role:

The Project & Performance Management Officer will be based at Citizens Advice Leeds and play a key role in developing this new partnership between Northern Powergrid and Citizens Advice offices across the north region.

The role will have lead responsibility for ensuring that performance and quality KPIs are met and will work with all the local Citizens Advice partners to share best practice and ensure consistency.

We're looking for a Project & Performance Management Officer with experience of project management and implementing & managing quality assurance processes.

Excellent skills in data analysis and reporting are required and experience in delivering training will be an advantage.
