Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining credit limits in the form of weekly balance checking
  • Posting and allocation of daily receipts to Sage
  • Maintenance of the ledger balance with agreed limit
  • Query resolution
  • Provide customers with balance information.
  • Provide external stakeholders with statements.
  • Reporting of any increase requirements to the Credit Control supervisor
  • Escalate any potential customer payment issues where necessary.
The successful applicant will show experience in: Minimum 1 yrs. experience in Credit Control

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Will be empathetic with a friendly disposition.
  • Experience with Excel and Sage
  • Can multitask and prioritise.
  • AAT Level 2 or CICM (desirable)
