IT Support Engineer - 2nd line - Citrix - SouthamptonIT Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer with strong 2nd line IT support experience including Citrix, Azure AD, and MS365, is required by a leading company in Southampton
Experience required:
- Strong experience in 2nd line IT support, looking to move to 3rd line
- Experience in Citrix environment
- Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, SharePoint, Teams, InTune, etc
- Hardware support experience, including PCs, laptops and printers
- Basic networking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- You will confident working in a very busy IT environment alongside another 2nd line IT Support colleague (part of a wider IT team)
- Southampton has over 300 users requiring frequent deskside support so you will have great interpersonal skills
- You will be proactive and look up resolutions for a first time fix rather than escalating, whenever possible
- Ability to help with documentation would be a bonus
