As a Retail Shop Supervisor at our new Oxford store, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our store, fostering an exceptional customer experience, and guiding your retail team.

Your leadership, organisational skills, and passion for beauty will contribute significantly to the shop's success.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and positive in-store experience for customers, offering assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.

Team Leadership and Management: Support your team, working with the store manager to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with managing shifts and contribute to creating a safe and comfortable work environment.

Store Operations: Assist overseeing store opening and closing procedures, and security to ensure smooth daily operations.

Inventory Management: Work with the store manager and to manage inventory, stock ordering, and visual merchandising to maximise sales and customer engagement.

Receiving and sorting:Assit the team with safely taking delivery of restocks and supplies. Checking carefully for damaged or missing items

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a confident and friendly team member with a passion for the Korean beauty industry.

You would be ideal for the job if you:

Strong leadership and support skills.
Passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry
Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
