Description

The Operations Controller is vital in upholding the success of our sea freight division and keeping the Heathrow team driven.

You will be responsible for monitoring staff, maintaining/improving operational efficiency, cost & service levels, and ensuring safe, secure & operationally compliant practices are followed.

Your duties will also include overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided by our Heathrow Drivers to our key clients.

This role entails managing aspects such as fleet, administrative tasks, budget control, personnel management, operations, client quotes, compliance,and assisting with warehouse responsibilities.
