Competitive**Here at Restore we are looking for a strong performance marketer with experience in optimising the funnel across a mix of demand generation initiatives


As Head of Growth Marketing, you will combine a strong demand generation strategy with hands-on execution to drive business into new sectors and deliver more annuity-based sales opportunities - working with different departments to identify growth opportunities.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find new customers with a focus on growing the customer base
  • Test and scale a mix of initiatives to drive traffic and leads, including Paid Search, Paid Social, webinars, events or channel campaigns
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and jointly optimise the journey from lead to sale
  • Collaborate with the Website team to convert leads to accounts through a tailored user experience, align with SEO to inform Paid Search strategy
  • Work closely with Product teams, Content and Design to deliver a compelling proposition and highquality creative execution at all touch points
  • Deliver expansion for demand generation across the key markets and tap into the overall vertical strategy
  • Own budget management, HubSpot, Google analytics, reporting across Marketing
  • Monitor and report on funnel performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure we are delivering inline with business KPIs

ABOUT YOU

  • Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking for their first managerial role
  • Demonstrable experience in ROIdriven B2B growth marketing
  • Experience with performance marketing, campaign targeting, testing measurement, and optimization across channels: paid social, paid search, content, video, organic, SEO, referral, offline, etc.; and handson experience with marketing automation in B2B funnels,from first touch through the whole lifecycle
  • Advanced user of analytics tools
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Heatmapping
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
  • Demonstrable experience in leading a demand generation or performance marketing function
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing, ideally within a B2B business
  • Proven experience of driving qualified leads and working with sales to convert them to a sales opportunity
  • Highly numerate and analytically minded able to translate analysis into action to boost performance
  • Experience with relevant tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMRush, G2, Captera or equivalent
  • A test & learn mindset to unlock new opportunities and instil learning in the team
  • The ability to think deeply about marketing and brand strategy
  • Strong attention to design and detail

Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence andthe Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.

And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
