They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to join their team and oversee their civils and residential projects.

Job Description:

Position Overview:
The Site Manager will be responsible for the on-site management and execution of civils and residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both civil engineering and residential building, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction best practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee all site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Health and Safety: Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship by implementing rigorous quality control procedures and conducting regular inspections.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, schedules, and safety documentation.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in civils and residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Relevant certifications in construction management or a related field are highly desirable.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management within the civils and residential sectors.
