As the Sales Support Executive you will;

  • Investigate any customers queries regarding their orders (pricing, delivery time frames, invoicing)
  • Advise on lost or damaged parcels
  • Issue replacements or refunds where appropriate

Profile
As the successful Sales Support Executive you will;

  • Have previous experience within a sales support, investigator or complaints role
  • Be empathetic and able to deal with occasional difficult conversations
  • A warm and friendly approach, with a focus on good customer services
  • Available to start immediately or within 1 weeks notice

Job Offer


In return for your work as a Sales Support Executive you will; Be paid a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.
