This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the way services are shaped in the social care and health systems to lead on:
Delivering the Brighton & Hove Integrated Care Partnership Strategy programme of work to deliver key outcomes for the Health and Care Partnership

Being a key enabler to the Sussex Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) and the Sussex Integrated Care Board (ICB) to deliver the collective vision for the Brighton and Hove system

Developing Governance Arrangements needed to ensure accountability for the leadership of the delivery of key objectives and services is clear and evidenced

Lead and coordinate with partner colleagues to ensure continuous progress, with collaboration prioritised to achieve efficiencies and good outcomes in delivering services
