Structural Revit Technician | Bristol | £30,000 - £40,000

You can expect to work on a range of building structures in various sectors - Residential, Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Healthcare, Industrial, Heritage/Conservation and more As a result, you can expect a good variety of projects, keeping the job fresh andexciting.

Sustainable building is also a focus for this consultancy, with a strong drive to create net zero buildings and the commitment of offering all service at a net zero rate by 2030.

Inhouse and external CPD is encouraged with regular training being provided by the consultancy, so there is always the chance to keep developing no matter how Senior you are

Requirements & Responsibilities - Structural Revit Technician

Experience using CAD, BIM and building structures PAS 11922,4,5 & 6 BS1192:200
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong team player.
Have a clientfocused approach.
A few years of experience working on building structures in numerous sectors.
Market knowledge and commercial awareness.
Handson approach to detailed design, with a great understanding of Eurocodes and industry standards.
Ability to communicate confidently with all stakeholders.
