As an Artteacher you will play a vital role in inspiring students creativityand fostering their passion for the arts. Your responsibilitieswill include developing and delivering engaging and innovative artlessons managing classroom behaviour assessing and monitoringstudent progress and collaborating with colleagues to create apositive learning environment. Additionally you will have theopportunity to contribute to the extracurricular activities andshowcase students artistic talents through exhibitions andcompetitions.

Responsibilities

Developand deliver engaging and innovative art lessons tostudents
Manage classroom behaviour andmaintain a positive learning environment
Assessand monitor student progress providing constructive feedback andsupport
Collaborate with colleagues to plan andimplement crosscurricular projects andactivities
Foster creativity and encouragestudents to express their ideas through various artforms
Organize and participate in artexhibitions competitions and field trips
Stayuptodate with current practices and developments in arteducation

Requirements

Bachelorsdegree in Art Education or a relatedfield
Qualified teacher status(QTS)
Previous experience teaching art in aprimary or secondary school setting
Strongknowledge and understanding of the national curriculum forart
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
Ability to engage and inspire studentsof all abilities
Creativity and a passion forthe arts
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to adapt teachingmethods to meet the diverse needs ofstudents
Commitment to continuous professionaldevelopment and staying current with best practices in arteducation.
