Due to ongoing expansion and increasing customer demand my client wishes to recruit AT LEAST TWO new Business Brokers.

This role is predominantly based in the Bristol office and from home with OCCASIONAL UK travel to events / clients / exhibitions etc, where all expenses will be paid.
1) Business BrokerageIdentify businesses for sale Complete business fact finds and business profiles Research potential buyer options Set up introduction meetings Follow up introduction meetings.
Communicate between buyers and seller Project manage sales process to ensure deals progress effective 2) Buyer Development & Relationship ManagementAlways seek new buyers to sign on terms of business Complete buyer fact finds and buyer profiles 3) Marketing
Maintain buyer and seller relationships in a systematic manner Identify opportunities to build brand awareness externally 4) Sales Management
Use Pipedrive CRM to manage leads and opportunities Constantly source new contact details and business sales leads
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Ideally educated to degree level of equivalent An understanding of business metrics such as profit, turnover advantageous or certainly strong willingness to learn is required Experienced sales skills (including lead generation, pitching and closing) OR experience in a consultancy role OR natural talent to learn these skills during training Excellent relationship-led approach Highly organised, and able to manage multiple activities and multiple deadlines Articulate in speech, analytical in thought and competent in presentation Excellent general office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook and CRM systems.
