    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you thrive in a dynamic and nurturing environment? Atrium Healthcare, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their team as a Children's Home Registered Manager.


    Responsibilities:

    Crafting Care Plans:
    Develop and implement personalised care plans to ensure the holistic well-being of the children entrusted.

    Nurturing Environment:
    Provide direct care and supervision, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

    Operational Oversight:
    Manage the day-to-day operations of their children's program, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

    Communication and Coordination:

    Foster open communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.


    Medication Management:
    Administer medications as prescribed, maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    Team Support:
    Provide guidance and support to their dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to the well-being of every child in their care.


    Qualifications:

    Credentials:
    Hold a Level 4/5 qualification in 'Working with Children and Young People' or equivalent.

    Experience:

    Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in supervising and managing healthcare teams, with a focus on residential care for children within the last 5 years.


    Communication Skills:
    Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents/guardians, and fellow healthcare professionals.

    Care Planning:
    Ability to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.

    Organisational Skills:
    Exhibit excellent organisational skills to efficiently manage the daily operations of their children's program.
