Assessor/Development Coach
Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Home based and then only travel when required for meetings, travel expenses paid to Borough, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds wherever is closest to where you reside

We are seeking an experienced Assessor who has assessed in either Management, or Financial Services or Learning & Development or Human Resources at level 3 or 5 to then to be trained and then assess in ACCA Level 5 and 7, as these are easy transferable skills and full training is given, full induction and job shadowing and support.

Full training is given as this is an Accounts qualification, so you do not need experience in assessing this at all or with accounts if you have either one of the below:

  • Been an Assessor in management level 3 if you been a manager yourself in the past OR delivered the Leadership and Management level 5 qualification or Financial Services or Human Resources or Learning & Development
  • We are seeking someone with 12 months assessing experience

The role:


  • Managing own diary, dealing with remote learners using the eportfolio system
  • To ensure learners files are fully compliant with SFA requirements
  • To ensure learners remain on programme by carrying out progress reviews and assessment at regular interval either remotely or face to face if required, as you manage your own diary
  • To fully engage with employers during the whole of the learning journey
  • To conduct the learner onto apprenticeships training programme and develop a learning plan
  • A CAVA/TAQA or A1 or D32/D33 Award

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting Salary: £32,820, then increased to £33,824 after 6 months, then a further 6 months later to £35,053 to £36,607 based on performance
