- Assist classroom teachers with the delivery of lessons and activities, including setting up resources and materials.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional assistance with their learning.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
- Help to manage classroom behavior and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other support professionals to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar support role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and classroom settings.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.

We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team on a temporary basis to cover short-term absences and provide valuable support to our students and teachers.
Position Overview: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide essential support to students across various age groups and abilities.
