Senior Operations Financial AnalystThe Senior Operations Financial Analyst role is a vital partner to the Sistersville, WV and Texas City, TX Operations teams, as well as the Performance Additives business.
The role is responsible for evaluation of manufacturing costs, material cost, and financial performance of the plants and business. The position will work to identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and improve financial results.Partner with Operations and PA Finance Leadership to provide insight into financial results, driving productivity and profitability
Prepare reports and estimates allowing for regular financial reviews and all business planning requirements, including annual operating plan and other short-range estimates
Track and review Site Capital Expenditures, including financial valuations of projects prior to implementation
Perform ad hoc evaluations as needed
Ensure 100% compliance US GAAP and Internal Company Financial Policies, including MPM Accounting Policy
Travel:
Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field
~Well versed in Excel, including VBA
ERP Standard and Material Costing environment preferred (SAP a plus)
LI-Hybrid
Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a computer terminal, and do extensive reading.
