- Take the technical lead on detailed and construction design projects.
- Review and approve works for clients such as calculations, specifications and basis of design.
- Mentor and support other members of the team, developing their knowledge and skill.
- Have experience using software such as STAAD or TEDDS for analysis and design purposes.
- Complete Structural assessments of existing structures including concrete and steel.
- Any other duties as required.
- A degree level qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartership or working towards would be advantageous.
- At least 10 years in engineering design within a highly regulated environment
- Able to lead others, resolve issues and effectively deliver project requirements.
- Capable of working to timeline and delivery of high-quality technical standards
- Able to mentor and support others in their development.
- Organised and thorough with their approach to work
- Salary between 70,000 to 80,000
