    £95 £115 pd depending on experience

    An exciting opportunity awaits at a prestigious academy in London for a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor.

    About the Role:


    As a Cover Supervisor at our esteemed academy, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity and ensuring a positive learning experience for students in the absence of their regular teachers.

    Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and managing student behaviour to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.


    • Ensuring cover lessons are appropriately supported and monitored within the agreed system of supervision;
    • Supervising whole classes, large and small groups as requested during the absence of teachers;
    • Leading a tutor group long, medium or short term and covering tutor time or PSCHE and deliver the required programs in full including being part of the coaching and monitoring processes.
    • Covering duties and other school systems as and when requested.

    – You are a reliable and flexible individual with a passion for education and supporting student learning.
    – Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
    – Strong organizational skills and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
    – A proactive and positive attitude towards challenges and a commitment to promoting a culture of learning and development.
