Position:
Inclusion Officer

Location:
Greenwich
A school in Greenwich are looking for a Inclusion Officer to join their team ASAP. The school is for children in KS3- KS4. The post holder will be working as part of a team to maintain a safe & purposeful learning environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Patrolling of the site, responding to oncall requests and liaison with senior staff.
  • To maintain positive, supportive relationships with individuals and groups of students.
  • To work independently with little supervision.
  • To Provide break and lunch cover for the DFL supervisor as required.
  • To contribute to the mentoring/coaching of students with behavioural issues that affect their academic performance.
  • To support the investigation of any breaches of the school behaviour policy including interviewing students and taking detailed incident accounts.
  • To act as a professional and positive ambassador for the school in order to support our ethos and values.
  • Enhanced DBS is required.
