    Description

    We are seeking experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeons with 3+ years of UK experience to join a thriving, independent practice located in North London.

    About the PracticeOur client is a popular community veterinary practice experiencing significant growth.

    It boasts a friendly and professional team and is expanding this year to new premises, a great time to joinRoles and Responsibilities:

    As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to provide excellent care to clients and their pets in a busy practice environment.

    The role involves a varied caseload, including consultations, routine surgeries, and case continuity. Candidates should be comfortable with some sole-charge responsibilities, and an interest in exotics is advantageous. Experienced candidates may also have the opportunity to join the senior leadership team and contribute to business development.
    Work ScheduleThis is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, on shifts between 8:30 am and 7 pm. The clinical team works Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm on a 1 in 3 rota. There are no Saturday shifts or on-call requirements, and part-time applicants or those seeking flexible working arrangements are welcome.


    Benefits:

    • Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
    • No Saturday shifts or Bank Holidays. 29 days holiday including bank holidays, with an additional day off on your birthday.

    • One membership paid. £1500 generous CPD allowance (3 days).
