Senior Insight Analyst - Customer - Up to £50,000

Derby - Hybrid

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Insight Analyst to join the dynamic insights team. You will be leading the way in analyzing customer data to generate strategic insights and drive decision-making processes. Your role will involve mentoring a small team and effectively communicating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders at all levels. The main objective of the team is to provide high-quality, actionable insights that will support business decisions.

Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their data requirements.
Work with extensive data sets and utilize statistical modeling to reveal valuable insights.
Translate data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
Establish processes to enhance data collection efficiency and improve data quality.
Create and deploy effective dashboards and reports for monitoring performance and KPIs.

Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in an Insight Analyst role focused on customer data.
Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Power BI.
Passion for understanding customer behavior and leveraging data for strategic purposes.
Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
Preferably, experience in statistical and predictive modeling (desirable).
Strong presentation skills and experience managing senior stakeholders.
