    Description

    Main Purposeof MyRole:

    Efficientlycarry out all aspects of commissioning on our products and Balanceof Plant including all interfaces with third parties as required byspecificprojects.

    Observe andfollow all Health Safety and Environmental standards regulationsand requirements and procedures at alltimes.

    Train customersand personnel on our products to ensure safe operation asneeded.

    Conduct faultfinding (both locally and remotely) on our installations ensuringthat all issues are resolved to the required qualitystandard.

    Occasionally asinstructed by the Commissioning Manager support the wider team inspecialist troubleshooting and field support asrequired.

    Goals&Objectives:

    Efficiently andeffectively commission our Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systemsand Balance of Plant along with all ancillary equipment under ourresponsibility including customerinterfaces.

    Ensure thecorrect concise and timely completion of all documentation relevantto the tasks to the expected quality standard andprocedure.

    Ensure that allcustomers receive good yet costeffective service and that they aresatisfied with ourproduct.

    Manage alloperational duties connected with the role of a CommissioningEngineer and any thirdparty contractors with efficiency andeffectiveness but at the lowest operatingcosts.

    Ensure that alloperational duties are undertaken within the rules of our Health& Safety guidelines and that any other personnel under yourcontrol associated with those duties possess or receive adequateguidance and supervision to enable them to correctly carry out thedutiesneeded.



    Requirements

    MainDuties &Responsibilities:

    1.Scope ofActivities:

    Responsible tothe Commissioning Manager for all aspects related to theCommissioning of all gas and diesel engines and their ancillaryequipment ensuring operations are run at the lowest operating costwhile adhering to the performance criteria required within theSales and ServiceContracts.

    Responsible forclose cooperation with the Commissioning Design and Projects teamand all associated with the delivery of ourcontracts.

    2.ProblemSolving:

    Make daytodayoperationaldecisions.

    Efficientlymanage time to achieve acceptable commercialresults.

    Focus onengineering problemsolving and efficient and effective resourcemanagement.

    3.Freedom toAct:

    Make daytodaydecisions of an engineering nature while working within theparameters required by the Commissioning Manager. This requires aclear understanding of our businessgoals.

    Have theauthority to refuse to accept and implement any business that failsto achieve profitability and risk criteria governed by our Healthand SafetyHandbook.

    4.Dimensions:

    Manage theprofitability of all Contracts as measured against the publishedtarget.

    Oversee theindividual profitability of each Commissioning Repair and Servicejoballocated.

    Ensure theoverall performance of the Contracts achieves the criteria at thelowest operatingcost.



    Main Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Focus on engineeringproblem-solving and efficient and effective resource management. 3.Freedom to Act: Make day-to-day decisions of an engineering nature,while working within the parameters required by the CommissioningManager. This requires a clear understanding of our business goals.Have the authority to refuse to accept and implement any businessthat fails to achieve profitability and risk criteria governed byour Health and Safety Handbook. 4. Dimensions: Manage theprofitability of all Contracts as measured against the publishedtarget. Oversee the individual profitability of each Commissioning,Repair, and Service job allocated. Ensure the overall performanceof the Contracts achieves the criteria at the lowest operatingcost.
