THE COMPANY
Our client has been a leading luxury travel company for over 60 years.

THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant specialising in travel within Latin America.

Senior Travel Consultant key responsibilities:

Achieve/exceed sales targets by selling brochured holidays, creating FITs, and retailing 3rd party products.
Build and manage a loyal clientele, exceeding service expectations.
Handle individual reservations from enquiry to posttravel followup.
Organise and host private events for clients.
Ensure consistent and excellent service throughout the sales process.
Assist with general office duties as needed.
Actively participate in skills training.
Support the team and sales manager as required.
Provide seamless service coverage for absent colleagues.
Adhere to company processes and suggest enhancements.

THE PERSON

Senior Travel Consultant key experience, skills and qualifications:

Extensive global travel experience with expertise in luxury travel within Africa.
Minimum 2 years in Retail/Tour operating.
Previous experience with GDS and Airline CRS is desirable.
Strong numerical skills, focusing on both revenue and costs.
Proficient in creating customised travel solutions (FITs) through multipurchasing.
Capable of engaging with elite clients.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.
