- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies related to supply chain management and anti-counterfeiting.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in supply chain management, with a focus on implementing anti-counterfeiting, asset tracking, and supply chain traceability solutions.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in supply chain management.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize competing demands.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain security and product authentication.
