    Description

    SMT Electronics Operative
    £11.90 per hour for day shift, which increases by 25% during night shifts to £14.85 per hour
    2 weeks of 6am to 2pm shifts and 6am to 6pm shifts
    Location: Longbenton
    Employment Type: Permanent

    The responsibilities of this role will include:

    • Building circuit boards
    • Soldering
    • Reading assembly drawings
    • Constructing PCBs
    • Utilizing small hand tools
    • Final assembly and testing

    We are searching for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work with intricate components for extended periods.

    Requirements:
    - Experience in electronics is a plus
    - Previous employment in production is advantageous
    - Capability to work with small parts with precision
    - Strong team player qualities
    - Attention to detail, good eyesight, and manual dexterity

    Shift Pattern:
    Rotating shifts - 2 weeks on day shift followed by 2 weeks on night shift
