We are searching for
An ambitious
Housekeeping Valet to join our team at Chateau Denmark. The guardians of finer details, they're trustworthy, discreet and can always judge the mood. Taking care of guests needs from wardrobe to lifestyle, Valets also look after every moment between the occasions.

As a
Housekeeping Valet we look for you to possess a natural curiosity, desire to, passionately present and maintain the qualities that Chateau will become known for.

Possessing the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge on an ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district and the community.

As a highly valued team member you'll be an essential part of the guest experience, helping define and maintain the Chateau Keeping standards.

Bringing an unparalleled level of service you'll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.

Your profile

Passionate for delivering excellent housekeeping experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Organised and proactive in managing tasks.
Exceptional team player, and have an excellent communication skills.
Discreet and trustworthy.

Your duties

To assist with laundry services, pressing guests garments and deliver to guests rooms.
To assist with issuing, receiving, repairing and controlling of Chateau Denmark's outfits.
To keep den and the changing rooms clean.
To collect and deliver guest laundry in a professional and timely manner.
Count and verify collected items as per laundry list and notify any discrepancy or damages to the guest.
Report and return found valuables.
To process laundry in with equipment, chemicals and temperatures.
Operates and maintain washer, dryer and irons.
Comply with hotel safety and security.
Reporting any technical and maintenance issues.
Other responsibilities required by housekeeping and other departments.
