    The team at Console Connect is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a full-time Demand Gen & Digital Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in our strategic growth plans from our London office.

    Console Connect is a revolutionary platform for Software Defined Interconnection, enabling users to create private, high-speed connections across a global network of enterprises, clouds, SaaS, IoT, and applications providers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, set up, and manage targeted account-based marketing and channel campaigns
    • Develop marketing programs for channel partners focusing on revenue generation
    • Contribute to sales pipeline and revenue targets through marketing initiatives
    • Identify target accounts and deploy tailored outreach strategies
    • Collaborate with content and brand teams to create compelling campaign messages
    • Design and execute integrated campaigns to drive new demand and increase awareness
    • Propose and maintain a demand gen campaign roadmap
    • Deploy communications and account acceleration plans based on customer tiering
    • Work with HubSpot to build email nurture programs and retargeting efforts
    • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum conversion
    • Build partnerships with other teams and stakeholders
    • Experiment with new channels and techniques to enhance performance
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for optimization and growth

    Job Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or ABM
    • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
    • Strong writing skills and campaign management experience
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
    • Flexibility and adaptability to change
    • Knowledge of Cloud, networking, or telecommunications space preferred
    • Obsessed with problem-solving and a proactive approach
