We are seeking a Senior Construction Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Hinkley Point C (HPC).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Construction Delivery Managers, overseeing day-to-day site supervision and direction of works to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the project.
HPC is one of the UK's major EPR nuclear plants, situated in West Somerset.As part of the HPC site construction team, you will contribute to delivering two major EPR nuclear plants, ensuring projects are consistently delivered safely, to high quality, and on time.
Providing support to Construction Delivery Managers and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of works packages.Driving works on-site, ensuring contractor performance aligns with the agreed programme.
Proactively communicating and coordinating with site functions and other Senior Construction Delivery Managers.
Acting as lead reviewer for safety-related documents and fulfilling Duty Construction Manager role on a rota basis.
The client will act as Principal Contractor for this Major Project.
The role will be based at Hinkley Point C with potential travel to other company locations in the UK and Europe.
Manage and coordinate delivery of service contract partners.Experience in delivering projects with multiple stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction management.
SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder.
Experience within the Nuclear environment or large Civil Engineering projects.
