    Description

    Digis is seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Golang Developer to join our remote team to play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend solutions for innovative applications.


    About the project:
    The project`s experts built a native solution to monitor, maintain and backup Apache Cassandra clusters.
    The system provides the capability to visualize metrics and logs through dynamic interactive control panels. And the maintenance task scheduler allows clients to automate key tasks, freeing them from routine work.

    Project country and TimeZone:
    UK, work in Ukrainian time zone, flexible schedule
    Full-time job, without time trackers

    About team:
    front-dev, devops, tech lead, full stack dev


    About responsibilities:
    Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Golang
    Implement and optimize real-time communication systems using MQTT and Kafka for data streaming
    Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of backend systems and services
    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments
    Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of MQTT, Kafka, and Golang development
    Collaborate on architecture and system design discussions to drive technical excellence


    Requirements:
    ~3+ years of GoLang experience
    ~ An experience with MQTT
    ~ At least Intermediate level of spoken English


    Will be a plus:
    ~ An experience with Kafka
