The salary for this role is £29,761.

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), which includes the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.

As an
Early Careers Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the attraction and recruitment of Graduates and Placement Students.

Additional Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the Early Careers Talent Lead to:

Gather predicted resourcing needs.
Support the Early Careers development team with early careers events and recruitment fairs.
Manage administration for the process.
Create adverts relevant to the audience and place adverts through our preferred platforms.
Organise interviews and selection days.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience in coordinating inhouse/agency recruitment campaigns for multiple roles.
Experience of working with/coordinating an Applicant Tracking System.
