The salary for this role is £29,761.


This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), which includes the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.

As an
Early Careers Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the attraction and recruitment of Graduates and Placement Students.


Additional Responsibilities:


In this role, you will support the Early Careers Talent Lead to:

  • Gather predicted resourcing needs.
  • Support the Early Careers development team with early careers events and recruitment fairs.
  • Manage administration for the process.
  • Create adverts relevant to the audience and place adverts through our preferred platforms.
  • Organise interviews and selection days.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience in coordinating inhouse/agency recruitment campaigns for multiple roles.
  • Experience of working with/coordinating an Applicant Tracking System.
