- Comprehensive budgeting across the organisation.
- Forecasting, including 12 and 24-month forecasts.
- Managing the banking relationships.
- Supporting with board pack preparation.
- Management of external and internal stakeholders.
- Ownership of monthly reporting processes.
- People management responsibilities.
- Support the growth of the business and finance function.
- Ad hoc tasks.
- Qualified Accountant - can be ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience using Xero is desirable.
- Experience managing cashflow.
- Experience budgeting, forecasting and planning.
- Experience navigating relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced skillset in Excel and rest of Microsoft Office suite.

The Opportunity:
Finatal are working with a Venture Capital-backed, profitable healthcare services firm, in the search for a immediately available Finance Manager with a broad technical and commercial skillset. Reporting directly into the CFO, the right candidate will step-up into a Financial Controller role, with time, as the business scales. This growth could involve making acquisitions in the coming months.
