The firm offers business and tax planning advice, mortgage, and legal services as well. Our goal is to provide excellent services that keep our clients' financial well-being at the forefront.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Mortgage Advisor located in Coventry. The Mortgage Advisor will provide mortgage advice, assess client financial requirements, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Mortgage Advisor will also build relationships with clients, actively promote mortgage services, and maintain a strong knowledge of the mortgage market.
Qualifications
A candidate with proven experience in financial analysis, mortgage advisory, and a CeMap qualification is a must. Experience using industry-specific software and knowledge of current industry regulations can also be beneficial.
The salary range is £30k - £35k based on experience with OTE up to 20% of salary.
