- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Have knowledge of kitchen installations
- Have a CSCS or HBF card and an understanding of Health and Safety (ideally IOSH, SSSTS or SMSTS)
- Have experience of working within fast-track building processes industry
- Recruitment of sub-contract labour, ensuring they hold all necessary qualifications and certifications such as a CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, Face Fit certificates etc
- Ensuring there is sufficient levels of subcontract labour to meet customer demands
- Co-ordinating Installation teams to meet the demanding quality and service requirements
- Ensuring the highest level of fit quality are maintained
- Reviewing and closing out snags
- Ensuring area performance targets are achieved
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times on sites
- Carrying out administrative duties in accordance with the role such as plot related documentation
- Having a professional demeanor and upholding the company's reputation through consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Working to KPIs such as Spend, Over-spend, Build-time etc
- Be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels
- Be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team
- Be able to manage multiple projects and maintain deadlines
- Have experience of managing people
- Be computer literate
- Be personally presentable at all times
- Have a hands-on approach
- Have excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills

Our client is the largest and most successful, privately owned manufacturer of fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture, in the UK and the organisation has been in operation for over 50 years, experiencing growth year on year.
They arevery successful in winning various tenders to supply fitted kitchens for the on-going refurbishment of Council owned properties throughout the country as well as supplying to the major house builders like Barratt's, David Wilson, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes.It is in their Highrise Apartments Division area of the business that our client requires an experienced Kitchen Installations Manager to manage the fit of approximately 30 – 50 Kitchens per week in high-rise apartment blocks. As a Kitchen Installations Manager, you will have full responsibility for leading and managing the installation service across your designated area, by providing a high level of service to clients, managing and co-ordinating sub-contract fitters to meet demands and work to the Company quality standards, and ensuring that timescales are met. Part of your role will also be to visit the sites before the kitchens are delivered to make sure that the kitchens will fit properly and to check details such as whether the house has been plastered and ready to for the Kitchen to be fitted.
