At Deliveroo Hop, we're building a global grocery retailer from the ground up.We launched Deliveroo Hop in September 2021 as Deliveroo's speedy grocery delivery service and have partnered with some of the world's leading grocers so you can get the freshest, tastiest food and all of your must-haves right to your front door in as little as 20 minutes.
We're looking for people with exceptional drive and entrepreneurial spirit to join the team at Deliveroo Hop and help us build the leading speedy grocery delivery service.
Based in our London HQ office on a hybrid basis, our Assistant Vendor Manager at Deliveroo will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with our vendor partners.
Reporting directly to the Head of Vendor Management, you will work closely with the Vendor Managers to ensure the smooth operation of our vendor network, with operational success, menu management, merchandising and in-app fidelity as your top priorities.
The role will also offer the opportunity to work on longer-term strategic initiatives within the wider HOP team, with opportunities to interact with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Manage the in-menu merchandising of Hop products to drive sales and business growthSupport with data analysis on product performance including building dashboards
Support the Vendor Managers to develop new commercial partnerships
Help with new vendor set-up and processing.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
~1-3 years experience in vendor management, account management, exec work or a similar role within the food delivery or hospitality industry is preferred.
~ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
