Technical Coordinator - Residential Developer

Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Potensis Selection are currently working for a leading residential developer, who are looking to expand their team in the South London area by bringing in a Technical Coordinator.

The job will involve directly making appointments of architectural and engineering consultants, briefing and managing those consultants on a development, and solving technical issues on-site as they arise.

Other responsibilities will include:

Liaise with other departments, ensuring all information required is shared efficiently
Maintain knowledge of industryspecific issues, such as changes in regulation, feedback from current research, and any new product developments
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the project as appropriate
Resolve daytoday issues that present themselves on a development, and where necessary provide feedback to the Head of Technical.

This is a permanent position that provides a great opportunity to work alongside a successful, well-established developer.
