- You will be expected to pick up the existing caseload, hit the ground running and ensure smooth progression of files.
- Considerable experience with wide range of residential conveyancing matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, shared ownership and transfers of equity.
- Proven track record of handling own caseload is essential.
- This role will be accompanied by experienced secretarial support.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
- The ideal candidate should be able to be on site at least 2 days per week.
