Description
We are currently supporting an SME in North Yorkshire who have a newly created role for a HR Manager

This role can be either full-time (37.5hrs) or part-time (30hrs).

Salary is between £30,000 - £32,000 FTE dependant on experience.

This is an office based role.


The Role:


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment law
  • Develop a positive work culture across the organisation
  • Manage the onboarding process
  • Administer the employee benefits programme
  • Oversee training
  • Compile data for HR reports
  • Maintain the HRIS
  • Manage the recruitment process
  • Other duties when required

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years HR experience
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • CIPD L5 qualified or relevant experience
