HR Manager - Malton, United Kingdom - H9 Human Resources
Description
We are currently supporting an SME in North Yorkshire who have a newly created role for a HR ManagerThis role can be either full-time (37.5hrs) or part-time (30hrs).
Salary is between £30,000 - £32,000 FTE dependant on experience.
This is an office based role.
The Role:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment law
- Develop a positive work culture across the organisation
- Manage the onboarding process
- Administer the employee benefits programme
- Oversee training
- Compile data for HR reports
- Maintain the HRIS
- Manage the recruitment process
- Other duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience
- Strong employment law knowledge
- CIPD L5 qualified or relevant experience
