    Description

    Ace Hire Recruits is a reputable employment agency specialising in legal staffing solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor to join our client's prestigious law firm. As a Probate Solicitor, you will play a critical role in helping clients manage the legal process of administering estates after someone has passed away. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Solicitor looking to further their career in Probate law.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a caseload of probate matters from start to finish
    • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters relating to probate and estate administration
    • Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, power of attorney, and probate applications
    • Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in the probate process
    • Accurately maintain files and records related to probate cases
    • Attend court hearings and mediations on behalf of clients when necessary
    • Keep up-to-date with changes in probate law and share knowledge with colleagues
    • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

    Requirements

    • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year experience in probate law
    • Strong knowledge of probate law, estate administration, and inheritance tax
    • Experience managing a caseload of probate matters independently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documents
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Sound judgement and analytical thinking
    • Professional and ethical conduct
    • Membership with the Law Society and/or other relevant professional bodies is preferred
    • Experience in private client law
